The technology and digital era aligning with requirement of competencies is a beginning and so milestone of incipience of triple skilling terms. Skilling. Upskilling. Reskilling.

Imagining employees with lots of responsibility, bunch of loans, but less supported by capable skills and effective strategies. Demands-driven organization on the other hand needs to be achieved and challenges are getting hard to overcome! So, what should we do then?

Skilling

As a beginner, we are given a chance to develop our skill through training program. As time goes by, we have become individuals filled with competencies by skill.

Reskilling

This term involves us to gain an about-face needed to meet responsibility requirements.The company is having a must to reform and re-improve our skills related to the works itself.

Upskilling

Includes the adapting, upgrading, and renewing process based on skills owned by us. Through an expanding process, we are able to improve upon current skills then sharpen those skills to be a better version in the workplace. Let’s say in pandemic, technology and digital usage skills has been more commonplace.
